• The medium Flat Rate fits up to 12 lbs. Shipping cost is $10.95
• The large Flat Rate fits between 13-20 lbs. Shipping cost is $14.95
• Orders from 21 lbs to 32 lbs. Shipping cost is $25.90.
• Orders from 33 lbs to 49 lbs. Shipping cost is $29.90.

Orders ship next business day. We do not process orders on Sundays or Mondays. The closer your box is to full, the least expensive your shipping cost per pound will be. We are closed between Christmas and New Years Day. Any orders placed during this time will not be shipped until the next business day after January 1st.

Your UPS package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. UPS Ground packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can use your UPS tracking number to obtain up-to-date information about the status of your package at www.ups.com.

If your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of not receiving your order.
